Hands-on cooking class with preparation of a complete traditional Umbrian menu including various types of bread, focaccia, pasta, sauces, main courses, vegetable dishes, desserts….! A day to discover the local cuisine in the company of FarmerChef Lorenzo, in a professional kitchen surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with a breathtaking view of the Tiber valley.

Cooking lessons are available every day.

9:00 Appointment with FarmerChef Lorenzo at Casale Polegri, then transfer to Orvieto aboard our van to visit the wonderful market of Piazza del Popolo, meeting farmers and producers of the best delicacies of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany: focaccia, fresh bread, pork, salami, cheese, ricotta, fresh and dried fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, sweets, olives etc. Here you will try the fantastic traveling breakfast and shopping for the ingredients that will be used during the cooking class. 

10:30 Cooking class at Casale Polegri Farm 

13:30 Lunch with the prepared menu

A real culinary and agricultural experience, in the company of FarmerChef Lorenzo and his world of flavors and aromas of the countryside, a real culinary adventure that will enrich your life forever! So, if you are passionate about cooking but your lasagna does not convince you, if you want to impress your girlfriend or wife or your mother-in-law, if you are a glutton and are fed up with molecular cuisine and sushi, then leave everything and move to us at Casale Polegri for a week!
